Taraba: Wukari records first rain

Wukari council of Taraba state has recorded it first rain in the year 2020.

(Tonextloaded CEO) reports that the rain started about 11: 05 AM on Thursday and lasted for about  30 minutes. The rain dropped in some part of the metropolis like the Federal University Wukari and it environs, Takum junction and other close areas.

The rain came 2 weeks after the rainfall in Jalingo, Gashaka and other metropolis.

Residents of  Wukari expressed happiness that this year's  raining season will be the dawn of fruitfulness. While on the other hand, others feel the rainfall will generate more heat to the environment.
