Notorious Wanted Bandit Leader Accepts Peace Deal in Katsina State

Garwa, whose name appears among the country’s 19 most-wanted tɛrrorists and bandits, surfaced in Hayin Gada, Faskari Local Government Area, where he presented himself as a supporter of dialogue.

He is allegedly responsible for the Katsina Mosque attack that took the lives of 30 people.
