Four points agenda to resolve the crisis between Jukun/Tiv - Model Nathskep

I am Nathan Rimamskep well known as Nathskep born in Jalingo Taraba State but brought up in Wukari, I am from the Kuteb kingdom. I study Economics at Federal University Wukari.

For awhile now Taraba State especially the southern part has being in a state of chaos, Peace has lost its home in our land, our fields and farms are left desolate, lives has being lost, properties destroyed, tears has being shed but it seems peace has far gone, gone beyond the reach of our crys. Is there ever a solution for this or we should learn to live with it? The other day a Pastor and his wife were killed in there farm, villages are razed down to ashes, one can't even go 20km without the fear of being captured and killed, I need security to go and visit my mother in the neighboring Village, hunger is knocking on our doors because we can't go to farm again else we'll be killed while at work. Oh we're is your beauty our Nature's Gift? But to all these I see solutions in these:
** Love And Sympathy
There Should be Existence Of Love, Sympathy And Understanding Amongst Themselves In the Sense that it is Hard To Hate The one You Love And If The Tiv's would show The jukuns Love And The Jukuns In Return Show them love Then I don't think There would be so much killings and Destroying of Properties

**Dialogue: Let Them Discuss and Clear Out Their differences and Profer Solutions To The Ongoing Crises By Peacefully Talking Things Out And Implementing The Solutions they will provide

**Respect For Their Leaders: one Major Problem Is lack of Respect For Those In Authorities Because Many Meetings Have been Held By Leaders In Other for Peace To Reign But Once The Meeting Is Over the Tiv's Still Disobey The Law And Decisions Made by their Leaders. But If Only each And Everyone Would Listen To  their leader then there would be Existence of peace Amongst The Jukun and Tiv's.

**Awareness on the Dangers of Wars: Wars Are Hazardous To Both life And Properties. Many Lives Will Be Lost And Properties Destroyed During The War. So If The Citizen Or People of Both Tribes Will Understand This, I think it will Go a Long way in curbing such events in Future
